"We moved to the Bay Area in July for a job transfer and had bought a house in Fairfield. Unfortunately, shortly after moving in, we realized it was not really where we wanted our family to be but rather wished that we had moved to Benicia. Based on the recommendation of a work associate, we called Rose and requested a meeting. Upon meeting Rose, we found her very pleasant and very knowledgeable of the local real estate market.

We knew we wanted to move but were unsure of whether to do it right away or wait until the school year was over. She presented us the facts and figures on our current home as well as those few currently available in Benicia. In addition, she took the time to show us through all of this and we truly felt that Rose had our best interest at heart. Unlike what some other agents might have done, she did not coax or push us but rather gave us the information and time that we needed to make an informed decision.

Once we did decide to move, Rose provided excellent service during the sale and purchase process. As luck or fate turned out, we were able to sell our home in less than four days and were able to get the Benicia home on the market that we felt was right for us. Rose kept us on an even keel during this busy and stressful time and continued to stay on top of things fro the duration of the transactions. Rose was always responsive to our questions.
